CHR came into existence about 8 years ago, when a friend called for help with her home. The home has suffered mold damage and had been gutted completely. Six months later the house was still uninhabitable. After meeting with her, we designed a customized plan and then restored the home to a beautiful one of a kind residence.
From that point, CHR's reputation for honesty and quality restoration spead, and many more homes have received our customized design and remodeling.
Today, CHR also builds new custom homes as well as restoration and remodeling. The principals have over 30 years of combined experience and keep up with all new industry and energy efficient technologies.
